- $25 admin fee prior to Sept. 1st
- $50 admin fee Sept. 1st – Sept. 15th
- After Sept. 15th no refund
Mini, U8-U10 (When playing in house)
- $50 admin fee prior to Sept. 1st
- After Sept. 1st no refund
Mini, Super 8 & Divisional (Mini when playing in the north district)
- House & Bronze
- $50 admin fee prior to Aug 15th
- $100 admin fee Aug 16 – Aug 31st
- After Sept 1 no refund
- Silver – Metro
- No refund after team selection
All refund requests must be written and emailed to the Club Treasurer. Each request will be looked at on an individual basis.
